Creative Play Station works hard to stay up-to-date with current teaching methods. We are currently updating our curriculum with Rewiring the Brain literacy program. We maintain basic methods that we believe nurture children’s learning. Our goal is to prepare your preschooler with the skills necessary for kindergarten. It is well balanced with academics, physical, social and spiritual activities. Our methods are exemplified in the activities we do with the children. We offer a wide variety of activities and experiences. Our program is individualized to the development of your 3–5-year-old. Our curriculum provides the following:

We like children to learn by doing things themselves and provide them with an endless amount of enthusiasm as well as tools to explore with. Our preschool is filled with toys, games, music, puzzles, books and computers.
A TYPICAL DAY SCHEDULE:
15-20 min: Welcome to preschool
Free choice of learning centers
20 min: Circle Time
10 min: Snack Time
15 min: Puzzle Time
1-1.5 hour: Arts & Crafts, Learning Centers, Computer Teaching,
10-15 min: Outside Play (weather permitting)
10-15 min: Story Time (Bible Story once a week)
20 min: Lunch (Shining Stars Class only)
15 min: Recall time and Saying our Goodbyes.
Shining Stars Class: Mon, Wed., Friday: 9:00-1:00PM

Pre-K Class:This class prepares the older four year old and young five to
be ready for kindergarten. This class is the ultimate in strong academics,
“Hands On” academic teaching. “Rewiring the Brain” Literacy Program.
Bible story is offered once a week.
Sunshine Class: Tues., Thursday 9:00-11:45am
God has given us sunshine to warm our days.
The Sunshine Class is a morning class designed for young three
and four year olds. This class helps to prepare for the second year of preschool. Bible story is offered once a week. Fantastic beginning of school life!
Students must be self-sufficient.
*Pre-K Readiness Rainbow Class (4 & 5 Year Olds): Tues., Thursday 12:30-3:30pm and Wednesday 1:30-3:30pm
*Little Doves (3 Year Olds): Tues., & Thursdays 12:30- 3:30pm

This afternoon class is a combined multi-age class for 3-5 year olds. Structured for individualized academics and small groups. This class will help prepare your child for the next step- Kindergarten. Includes “Rewiring the Brain” Literacy Program. Bible story is offered once a week. Students must be self-sufficient.
